I'm Amanda.

I’m a holistic health coach who helps women take better care of their backs so that they can relieve chronic pain naturally, be more active, and avoid unnecessary medical interventions.

I was diagnosed with scoliosis over two decades ago and have been able to manage it 100% naturally without any surgery.

Back then (and still to this day), the medical community had little answers on what to do to help me.

It took a lot of trial and error, but I figured out simple daily habits that keep me pain-free and allow me to defy my diagnosis and exercise is a HUGE part of that.
